About these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you use the Harmony Studios & Co website or sign up for any of our services. “Harmony”, “we” and “us” mean Harmony Studios & Co, of 12/475 Scottsdale Drive, Varsity Lakes QLD 4227. “You” means the person or business using our website or services.
When you sign up for a plan, you will also sign a service agreement during onboarding. That agreement forms part of these Terms. If anything in it differs from these Terms, the service agreement applies.
Our services
We currently offer virtual office plans (Starter, Growth and Executive) that provide a business address at our Varsity Lakes premises, along with the inclusions listed for each plan on our Pricing page. Depending on the plan, inclusions may cover an ASIC registered office, mail receiving, notification, scanning and forwarding, a phone number with virtual receptionist, coworking credits and discounted meeting room rates.
Coworking, podcast studio and light studio services are coming soon. Their terms, inclusions and pricing will be published before they launch. Joining a waitlist does not create a booking or any obligation for you or us.
Signing up and approval
You can sign up online. To do so, you must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement, and the information you give us must be accurate and complete.
Every account must pass an identity check and is reviewed by a real person before your address can be used. We may ask for more information, and we may decline an application where we cannot complete verification, where we reasonably suspect the address would be used for an unlawful or prohibited purpose, or where we are required to by law. Your address may only be used once we have confirmed your account is approved.
If your application cannot be approved, we will tell you and refund the plan fee you paid.
Using your business address
Once approved, you may use the address as your business address, including as your principal place of business, on your website, invoices and business correspondence, and, where your plan includes it, as your ASIC registered office. Our consent to use the address as a registered office is part of your plan and ends when your plan ends.
You must not use the address:
- as a residential address;
- for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose, or in a way that could damage our reputation or that of other members;
- to suggest that you occupy or operate from the premises in a way you do not, including for any licence or registration that requires you to physically operate from the premises;
- to receive goods, deliveries or items outside your plan’s mail service, or anything dangerous, illegal or perishable.
If you are unsure whether a use is allowed, please ask us first.
Mail, calls and bookings
We receive mail addressed to you at the premises and notify you when it arrives. Scanning is provided up to your plan’s monthly allowance, and forwarding is available on request. Forwarding postage and any services beyond your plan’s inclusions may be charged.
We only open mail when you ask us to scan it. Mail that is not collected or forwarded within a reasonable time may be returned to sender or securely destroyed after we have given you notice.
Where your plan includes a phone number or receptionist, we answer and forward calls and messages as described in your plan. Coworking credits and meeting rooms are subject to availability and the booking rules shown in the member portal. Unused monthly credits do not carry over unless we say otherwise.
Pricing and payment
Plan prices are shown in Australian dollars on our website and at checkout. The amount payable, including any GST, is shown at checkout before you pay.
Monthly plans are billed in advance each month. Yearly plans are billed in advance for twelve months at the discounted yearly price. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, and you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method for each billing period until your plan is cancelled.
If a payment fails, we will let you know. If it is not resolved within a reasonable time, we may pause services, including mail handling, until it is paid. We may change our prices by giving you at least 30 days’ notice before the change applies to you.
Changing or cancelling your plan
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect from your next billing period unless we agree otherwise.
Monthly plans run month-to-month with no lock-in contract. You can cancel online, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Yearly plans run for the twelve months paid for; cancellation and refund terms for yearly plans are set out in your service agreement.
Before your plan ends, you must update your ASIC records, ABN details, website and any other place you have used the address. After your plan ends, we may return to sender or decline mail addressed to you, and we may notify ASIC that we no longer consent to the address being used as your registered office.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your services, with notice where reasonable, if you breach these Terms or your service agreement, if payment remains outstanding, if information you gave us is false or misleading, or if we are required to by law or by a regulator. Where we end your services because of your breach, fees already paid may not be refunded, except where the law requires.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or changes those rights or any other rights you have by law that cannot be excluded.
Our responsibility to you
We take care in handling your mail, calls and information, but delays and losses can occur in postal and delivery services outside our control. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for mail or items lost or delayed before they reach us or after they leave our care, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
Where the law allows us to limit our liability for failing to meet a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
Using our website
We try to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date, but details such as launch dates and services marked “coming soon” may change. The content, branding and design of this website belong to us or our licensors, and you may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our permission.

Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it, and how you can access or correct it.
Changes to these terms and general
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page with the date it was last updated. If a change materially affects your plan, we will let you know before it applies to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of Queensland. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
